The Chicago Pen Show Re Sac Esterbrook Seminar will happen again! The Chicago Pen Show takes place April 28, 2016 to May 1, 2016.
Join us in Chicago on Sunday May 1st at the Chicago Pen Show from 10:30 am until 12 Noon where you will learn how to re-sac an Esterbrook lever filling fountain pen. Each attendee will be given either a Black Esterbrook LJ or SJ along with their choice of 1xxx series Extra Fine, Fine, or Medium nib, as well as all the needed supplies to complete the restoration: a size 16 sac, a bottle of shellac, a container of talc, and an emory board will be provided. We will go over everything you need to know when approaching repairing a vintage lever filling pen with emphasis on Esterbrook in particular, and you will resac the pen during the class. Get hands on with a pen that you’ll be able to take home and ink up and use after the show!
Seating is limited to 25 attendees. Please bring a printout including your order number with you to the seminar for proof of purchase.
