We wanted to address the matter of holiday shipping, which I know is a sore point for all of us, and has been for most of this year. The United States Postal Service recommends cut-off dates for winter holiday deliveries at this page: Holiday 2021 Shipping Dates
We strongly urge that you place your orders for Christmas deliveries by December 15th at the latest. We ship 6 days a week, and during the holidays Brian sometimes goes in on Sundays as well. We do everything we can to get your orders out as quickly as possible!
Please note that we primarily use the USPS for our shipping, although if you prefer another option such as Fedex or UPS, please call the store and have your shipping changed. The Appleton store phone number is 920-809-5182.
Our shipping service, Shipstation, links directly to the USPS, and some countries have been placed on a suspension of services. There is nothing we can do to override that service. We CAN check to see if Fedex or UPS are shipping to those countries, but please understand that yelling at our staff about USPS issues will not make your package move any faster. We ask you to remember that there are live people on the other end of the phone, trying to help you.

One option that eliminates shipping delays for gifts is a gift certificate. These are emailed, and there is no delay. They also make excellent last minute gifts!
We hope that you all have a safe and fun holiday season and we suggest that this year especially, you try to get your holiday gift shopping done a little earlier. Then you can relax and enjoy some eggnog!
