This week, instead of me blabbering on and on, it’s time to turn the tables around and hear from our readers. For those going to the Chicago Pen Show, what are YOU looking for? Ok, Ok, I’ll start, but don’t forget to chime in. ok?
On the achievable list:
- Any pretty hard rubber overlay pen which catches my eye. Need not be expensive, need not be marked or a common brand, but must be beautiful. Extra points for eyedropper or taper cap pens.
- Any unusual Esterbrook I don’t already have. OK, maybe not so achievable, but always looking.
On the I-hope-to-some-day-find-but-am-always-looking list:
- Cap, section, nib and feed for a Parker #6 eyedropper. Yes, I just have the barrel, but it is a really nice one.
- Any A.A. Waterman #8 sized pen without the nib (Yes, I am trying to build a pen starting with the nib first, but isn’t that the hardest part to get anyway?)
- A slender A.A. Waterman cap. Ok, maybe this one is achievable. Maybe.
Enough about me. What are you looking for?
Cheers!
Brian
