Well, being only a couple of weeks past the Raleigh pen show, it is really hard to come up with something to look for at the New England Pen Show in Boston, but I will do my best. I’ll keep it short which is really me making an attempt to narrow my focus.
1) Waterman Black Chased Hard Rubber 42 Safety Cap with no clip – Preferably one with a hint of olive oxidation to match the Waterman made Aikin Lambert Safety I picked up in Raleigh (Yes, I know, I haven’t posted the picture yet…)
2) A Mottled Hard Rubber eyedropper – I opened my pen chest yesterday and noticed I had a few of these pens and they were starting to accumulate. I want more. In particular, I had several nice examples of one of my favorite brands, Wirt. as long as we mention Wirt…
3) Another Wirt – I love these pens. Beautiful, understated elegance, unique gold filled bands, overfeeds, lovely ornate overlays. More please!
For Lisa, I imagine her list is much the same as mine, no, not tire pens per se, but her list has not changed much in the last two weeks, S.T. Dupont, Skripsert pens (We DID get some upgrades in Raleigh), and maybe that Sole (came close two weeks ago!)
