Today we take a look at the Visconi Rembrandt Collection!
The Visconti Rembrandt pen is the entry level writing instrument in the Visconti lineup, but that does not mean it is one to be overlooked. This is a solid pen in a beautiful finish that is worthy of the Visconti name and at a price point that won’t break the bank.
The Rembrandt is available in seven finishes: Black, Red, Blue, Purple, Ivory, Orange, and a special Merry Go Round finish. The pen has a smooth steel nib with a beautiful Visconti engraving on it and is available in Fine, Medium or Broad points. The nib is firm with no softness or flex.
The Rembrandt features the same magnetic cap as found on the more expensive Van Gogh and Michelangelo lines and even utilizes the same nib, feed, and metal section as those pens. The cap posts securely on the barrel end with no worry about a loose or wobbly fit.
The Rembrandt fills via an international cartridge or converter (included) making this compatible with many other pens you may already be buying cartridges for.
The clip is the classic Visconti arch style clip with a lot of movement to it. It will fit over even the thickest fabrics, but you will have to open the clip first, as you will on all modern Visconti pens. As with the rest of the Visconti lineup, the Rembrandt will accept the My Pen system which allows you to put your initials or precious stones in place of the regular Visconti metal jewel in the cap.
The Rembrandt is available in Fountain Pen, Rollerball, and Ballpoint to satisfy all writing instrument enthusiasts. The Rollerball is capped and the Ballpoint operates via a smooth twist mechanism and utilizes a Parker style ballpoint refill.
