It’s Show Prep Weekend here at Anderson Pens, and watch out LA, we are loaded for bear!! (what does that really mean, anyway? lol) We’ve got new brands on order, new products coming in literally daily, and we still need to pack for the show. Orders ship out daily (sometimes twice a day), and our leather cases are selling like crazy.
Our Edison/Anderson LE Bulb Filler pens are scheduled to arrive on Saturday, according to Fedex, so we will be working hard to turn those around to you FAST. We will mail out your pens late Saturday afternoon or first thing Monday morning, depending on when they arrive in to us.
Our daughter takes the ACT this weekend, so Friday night will be low key for her. My mom is flying in on Monday, to stay with the kids while we are gone, so some cleaning of the house is in order as well, lol. The kids are normally fine while we are gone, but this will be a longer trip than normal, so having an extra adult to assist with carpooling, cooking, and just hanging around, is a big help to us. The kids get along great with Grandma, so it’s win-win for everyone….
Our podcast will be on Sunday as always, and I’m sure that Brian has his usual pen show wish list all assembled. Me? I’m just excited to see some sun and temperatures above freezing lol…
A very dear friend of ours has had some sad health-related news, so we have a few FUN things planned to send to him. I WISH we could send him some of the snow we just received, but I don’t think it will travel well…..
We have also received several really awesome InCoWriMo notes, and we have been sending ours out as well. I confess, ours go out in batches, but by the end of the weekend, we should be caught up, and even ahead!!!
