Sailor Pro Gear Earth | Montblanc Ultra Black

Lots of great new stuff came in this past week, so we’ll try to show off some of the best of the bunch here. Some of this we have been waiting a long time to arrive, including the new Sailor Pro Gear Earth and the Montblanc Meisterstück Ultra Black, both arriving in very limited quantities. The two new Edison pens came as somewhat of a surprise even to us and they are just gorgeous to look at, check them out!

Montblanc Meisterstuck Ultra Black Classique Fountain Pen

Montblanc Meisterstuck Ultra Black Classique Fountain Pen

Ultra Black and ultra stealthy! Montblanc’s Ultra Black LeGrand and Classique fountain pens have a unique matt black precious resin. They also have ruthenium trim, and a 14kt Ruthenium plated nib to match. Three ruthenium coated rings are embossed with the Montblanc brand name and the ruthenium clip houses the unique serial number. The LeGrand is a piston filler which only fills from the bottle and has a visible ink window to see the level of ink and the Classique is a cartridge/converter filler (Montblanc converter supplied with pen).

In need of an ultra cool ballpoint? The Montblanc Ultra Black Midsize ballpoint  is a new sized pen – it is smaller than a LeGrand but larger than a Classique. It sports the same matte black precious resin and ruthenium trim as the LeGrand and Classique fountain pens!

Sailor also brings us another Special Edition: the Sailor Pro Gear Earth! The fountain pen is the flat-top full sized model in the Sailor pen lineup. The Pro Gear fountain pen follows the Special Edition Sky of 2014. The Pro Gear Earth features brown resin body with Gold-plated trim, and an incredibly smooth and responsive 21k gold nib. Very Limited Quantities available! Also available in the Pro Gear Slim model – a little smaller and slimmer than the Pro Gear.
